Terms & Returns Policy


In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit we will be happy to replace/ refund. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, please bear in mind that these products are made from 100% organic botanical ingredients, so are temperature sensitive.  Providing the products are stored in a cool, dark place, the products should remain in perfect condition for many weeks. However, if it is very cold the balms may become harder (in which case you will need to work the product between your fingers to help application). In hot temperatures, or if the product is accidentally left in direct sunlight, the product may feel softer or may even melt (in which case just place the product in the freezer for a while to solidify.)


In the interests of hygiene and product integrity (purity), we can only accept returns in the unlikely event of a faulty product, or if the tamper proof seal is in-tact should the customer change their mind within 7 days of receipt (excludes 5ml samples). Customer pays return postage unless product is faulty. Please send images of the faulty product to info@sheanaturalskincare.co.uk to instigate return process.


We are unable to accept return of products if the tamper proof seal is broken (excludes 5ml samples). These products are made by hand (often made to order) in small batches for freshness and are individually quality checked prior to dispatch to ensure they leave our premises in perfect condition. These products are 100% organic and due to the natural contents the product consistency can change over time if surrounding temperatures fluctuate. This should not affect the product effectiveness and we would not classify products which have returned to their liquid state or have gone very firm/ become grainy in texture as defective or faulty - so would be unable to offer a return/ refund/ exchange on that basis. Due to the natural contents there may be slight variance between product batches in regard to colour/ smell/ consistency.

Equally, skincare suitability varies by user. We are unable to accept refunds / returns/ exchanges in the unlikely event a customer finds that any of these products are not suitable for their skin type. Therefore, we recommend customers order the 5ml sample size to try product and be sure to patch test before ordering a full size product. 

Shipping : UK only via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked £3.95 (Full sized products). Over £40 free UK postage. 5ml sample pot £0.99 Royal Mail signed for.

Complaints: In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email the Customer Care Team at info@sheanaturalskincare.co.uk who will be happy to help.

Order Cancellations: If you place an order and later change your mind, there is 24 hours to cancel the order by notifying the team at info@sheanaturalskincare.co.uk , after that point it is not possible to cancel the order because frequently the products are made to order.

Privacy Policy: We do not share your information with anyone else and will only use the information submitted when placing an order to send you updates relevant to your order. If you sign up for our marketing emails we may occasionally send you information regarding new product launches / special offers. We do not store payment information, payment is made securely through PAYPAL / STRIPE.
