Terms & Returns Policy

Our products are lovingly handmade in small batches for freshness and each product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, occasionally the product may arrive not as expected. Due to the natural contents there may be slight variance between product batches in regard to colour/ smell/ consistency. This is because these products are made from 100% organic botanical ingredients and are temperature sensitive

 

Providing the products are stored in a cool, dark place, the products should remain in perfect condition for many weeks. However, if it is very cold the balms may become harder (in which case you will need to work the product between your fingers to help application). In hot temperatures, or if the product is accidentally left in direct sunlight, the product may feel softer or may even melt (in which case just place the product in the fridge or freezer for a while to solidify.) 

 

In the unlikely event that your product has arrived broken during the transit process, we will be happy to replace/ refund. 

 

Returns:

 

We want you to love our products. We offer a no quibble refund / exchange providing product is returned (at buyer's cost) within 7 days after it has been delivered. Buyer to obtain proof of postage for returns. (Buyer will only be refunded for return postage if product faulty e.g arrived damaged). 14 days to return unopened & unused products. Please email info@sheanaturalskincare.co.uk in the unlikely event of requiring to initiate the return process. Refunds may take up to 7 days after product has been returned.

 

 

Shipping : U.K domestic shipping only via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for £3.95 (Full sized products). Over £30 free UK postage. Orders will be dispatched to the delivery shipping address provided by The Customer and The Company can accept no responsibility in the event of an incorrect, inaccurate or non-standard delivery address provided by The Customer, or for any additional fees or custom charges which may arise as a result. In the event a shipped order is returned by the delivery company selected to The Company, The Customer will be required to pay the postage fee again before the order can be resent. As these are handmade, 100% organic skincare products, they are made in small batches and are often made to order to ensure freshness of product. Therefore, dependant on stock levels / availability of materials, please allow 3-5 working days for product dispatch and then allow for Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery which can take a further 2-5 working days (longer during peak times). Local collection / delivery can be arranged by special request.

Complaints: In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email the Customer Care Team at info@sheanaturalskincare.co.uk who will be happy to help and advise accordingly.

Please note, all of our handcrafted product formulations have been approved by a Chemist for safe manufacture and distribution in accordance with U.K cosmetics regulations. The Company (Shea Natural Skincare Ltd), accepts no responsibility in the event that The Customer fails to follow the advised product usage directions as detailed on the product packaging, product leaflet and relevant product pages online, e.g. we strongly recommend that customers conduct a Patch Test before use, especially if sensitive skin and to discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Order Cancellations: If you place an order and later change your mind, there is 24 hours to cancel the order by notifying the team at info@sheanaturalskincare.co.uk , after that point it is not possible to cancel the order because frequently the products are made to order.

Privacy Policy: We do not share your information with anyone else and will only use the information submitted when placing an order to send you updates relevant to your order. If you sign up for our marketing emails we may occasionally send you information regarding new product launches / special offers. We do not store payment information, payment is made securely through PAYPAL / STRIPE.

S.N.S Ambassador Social Selling. How It Works:

 

Our Ambassador model at S.N.S is a social selling business, meaning Ambassadors receive commission for selling our skincare products* to their network.

> Terms & Conditions:

Upon selection, a new Ambassador (must be over 18 years of age) will be given their unique discount code to share with their community of like-minded people. We (S.N.S) will require the name and UK home address of the Ambassador, plus their contact details for our records. The code will give the Customer 10% off their online order placed through the S.N.S website (*excludes gift sets and wax melts). The Ambassador’s commission is calculated as 20% off the amount paid by the Customer after their 10% saving and excluding any postage. At the beginning of every new calendar month, we (S.N.S) will run a report to see how many orders were placed using each Ambassador’s discount code. The commission will be applied on the amount paid after the Customer’s 10% discount. A report will then be sent to each Ambassador showing what commission they made that month. It is up to the Ambassador to confirm to S.N.S whether they wish to be paid by bank transfer or in skincare credit towards an order for themselves (a postage fee will apply). Commission will not apply to orders that an Ambassador places for themselves using their unique Customer referral discount code. Only one discount code can be applied to an order but will apply to all eligible items in the order. The Ambassador’s referral discount code will not work against gift sets or bundles. S.N.S can only fulfil orders to UK addresses. Cancelled / returned orders do not qualify for commission.

No commission will apply to orders which have been accidentally placed by non-UK residents which will need to be cancelled. The Company has the right to limit the number of Ambassadors by entering applicants onto a waiting list for future consideration.
